Fernley Ambassador's Breakfast with guest speaker Davy Stix for TCID

Please join us for our weekly Fernley Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors networking breakfast event this Tuesday, October 25th at The Fernley Art Center. Doors open at 7:00AM. We encourage everyone to arrive early so you are checked-in and seated by 7:30AM. As always, EVERYONE is welcome to attend our weekly Fernley Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors" Networking Breakfast meetings...…even if you are not yet a member.

Davy will be giving a brief history of the issues centered around the work on the Truckee Canal relating to the legal challenges and the future.

Davy Stix has ben very involved with the pending legal actions taken by the Truckee Canal District. Currently there are plans to line the Truckee Canal from the West end of Fernley to the East end. There has been a court hearing scheduled in Fallon Nevada on Wednesday November 9th. 2022. The hearing will be heard by an independent Judge. At the meeting on Tuesday October 25th. Davy Stix will outline and answer questions, before the court hearing. All concerned citizens can attend, understanding that this a  court hearing, If you have concerns or questions about the lining of the canal, you are urged to attend the Chamber’s Ambassors Breakfast on Tuesday October 25th, at 7:00 am at he Fernley Art Center on Main Street. (the old Community building.)
