Please join us for our weekly Fernley Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors networking breakfast event this Tuesday, October 24th at The Fernley Art Center. Doors open at 7:00AM. We encourage everyone to arrive early so you are checked-in and seated by 7:30AM. As always, EVERYONE is welcome to attend our weekly Fernley Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors" Networking Breakfast meetings...…even if you are not yet a member.

Domestic Violence Intervention, Inc. is a non-profit organization that advocates for victim-survivors of domestic and sexual violence and educates the public about violence prevention. DVI provides resources for empowering victim-survivors of domestic and sexual violence, helping them regain control of their lives, heal from trauma, and connects them with services and organizations that support them on their journey. DVI pursues education of victim-survivors and community members of all ages about power dynamics in abusive relationships and the importance of sexual consent through presentations and outreach. DVI discusses the critical role of men and boys in violence prevention, highlighting initiatives and programs that encourage healthy masculinity and challenges the male role in intimate partner violence. Recognizing the importance of early intervention, DVI provides insights into preventing dating violence among teenagers, promoting healthy relationships, and fostering open communication with parents and educators. DVI aims to increase public awareness about the prevalence and consequences of domestic and sexual violence, breaking the silence and stigma surrounding these issues. Domestic Violence Intervention, Inc. is driven by the belief that every person deserves to live free from fear and violence, and we are committed to working tirelessly toward this vision.

There will be Fernley Ambassadors to personally greet you at the front doors of The Fernley Art Center and guide you through the check-in process. The check-in table will feature 4 Fernley Ambassadors to assist you with the check-in process, including 50/50 raffle tickets, Bragging Bucks, etc.

Non-Chamber members are welcome to attend and learn about the many benefits available to you, your business or your organization as a Fernley Chamber of Commerce member.

If you are a business owner/operator, we strongly encourage you to bring a Door Prize for our raffle ticket giveaways at the end of the meeting. It will allow you and your business to maximize your exposure at the event.
