This week's speaker is:

Thomas Williams. 

Technical Manager at Redline Technical Services LLC

Thomas Williams Personal Bio:

As the Technical Manager for Redline Technical Services LLC, Thomas Williams brings a wealth of experience in the

electrical, instrumentation, and automation fields, with over 15 years of dedicated service. Growing up in Ely, Nevada,

and educated at Great Basin College, his passion for technology and innovation was fueled by mining industry

scholarships. Holding a bachelor's degree in instrumentation, he has worked with industry leaders such as Fulcrum

BioEnergy, Ormat Technologies, and Nevada Gold Mines.

Thomas's expertise lies in industrial electrical maintenance, instrumentation calibration, and the automation of complex

industrial facilities. He has spearheaded numerous high-profile projects, including the commissioning of Indonesia's

Sarulla geothermal complex, the repowering of Hawaii's Puna Geothermal plant, and over 12 geothermal plants in

Nevada and California. His leadership at Fulcrum BioEnergy's trash-to-jet-fuel facility and support for Redwood

Materials' battery recycling projects further demonstrate his commitment to innovation and sustainability.

A firm believer of embracing challenges to achieve exceptional results, Thomas is also an advocate for continuous

learning and mentorship within the industry. In his leisure time, he spends time with his wife and four children, enjoying

adventures such as snowboarding, swimming, and exploring the great outdoors on UTVs and dirt bikes.

1. Provided critical commissioning support for Redwood Materials battery recycling facilities.

2. Successfully constructed Ormat Technologies Desert Peak Turbine Upgrade.

3. Terminated and integrated and NextEra fiber optic network for added battery storage at Dodge Flat and Fish

Springs Projects.

4. Construction and commissioning of Safety Kleen Hydrogen Plant upgrade.

5. Provided technical support for Cyrq Energy, Minden Mill Distillery and 689 solar.

Looking ahead, our goals include expanding our presence in Nevada, Utah and California, developing the next

generation of technicians, and continuing to support the growth and success of our partners in Nevada and beyond.

There will be Fernley Ambassadors to personally greet you at the front doors of The Boys & Girls Club and guide you through the check-in process. The check-in table will feature 4 Fernley Ambassadors to assist you with the check-in process, including 50/50 raffle tickets, Bragging Bucks, etc.

Non-Chamber members are welcome to attend and learn about the many benefits available to you, your business or your organization as a Fernley Chamber of Commerce member.

If you are a business owner/operator, we strongly encourage you to bring a Door Prize for our raffle ticket giveaways at the end of the meeting. It will allow you and your business to maximize your exposure at the event.
