Please join us for our weekly Fernley Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors networking breakfast event this Tuesday, June 28th at The Fernley Art Center. Doors open at 7:00AM. We encourage everyone to arrive early so you are checked-in and seated by 7:30AM. As always, EVERYONE is welcome to attend our weekly Fernley Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors" Networking Breakfast meetings...…even if you are not yet a member.

This week's speaker is: Lea Allen & Karen Pugh- Fitness for 10

 Lea Allen, Training Director

As a physical fitness advocate, coaching, training, and instruction of athletics and fitness has been part of my

lifestyle for the past 20+ years. My background with physical and massage therapy has provided me a deeper

knowledge of body awareness, anatomy, and kinesiology. As an athletic coach, understanding and developing a

program to fit the needs and level of the individual, including establishing goals, is key to success.

My goal is to help motivate and inspire others to develop and live a fun and healthy lifestyle through self-care,

fitness, and nutrition.

I wouldn’t say I’m your average personal trainer. My philosophy isSimple: we are all a work in progress with each day providing us the opportunity to take another step toward becoming the best that

we can be. As an educator, focusing on meeting the needs of the individual and encouraging them to explore all options available to them, has been the most rewarding experience.

Transitioning from public education to personal fitness is a natural move for me as I have learned from experience that strength and endurance training are the keys to health and longevity.

I encourage everyone, no matter their age or current fitness level, to seek out the guidance and motivation that only a personal trainer can provide. Do all that you can to be the best you can be.

There will be Fernley Ambassadors to personally greet you at the front doors of The Golf Club at Fernley and guide you through the check-in process. The check-in table will feature 4 Fernley Ambassadors to assist you with the check-in process, including 50/50 raffle tickets, Bragging Bucks, etc.

Non-Chamber members are welcome to attend and learn about the many benefits available to you, your business or your organization as a Fernley Chamber of Commerce member.

If you are a business owner/operator, we strongly encourage you to bring a Door Prize for our raffle ticket giveaways at the end of the meeting. It will allow you and your business to maximize your exposure at the event.
