Patrick Marsh, Acting City Manager, City of Fernley to present the public private partnership with Mark IV regarding the US Department of Transportation Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) discretionary grant award to the City of Fernley for the Nevada Pacific Parkway (NPP) project.
