o What’s been happening behind the scenes of the private/public partnership to create the industrial park and the NPP.

· Lands Bills

o Plans for the parcels that are being conveyed to the city, what is happening with the current 2023 Fernley Lands Bill in Congress.

· Truckee-Carson Irrigation District Update
