Michelle Barney
Director
Michelle Barney has been a long time resident of Nevada since 1983. She married Aron in
2004 and raised one daughter, who is a current UNR college student.
She started her real estate career in 2006 specializing in project management and new home
sales. She has since developed a flourishing career in residential sales and property
management opening her own brokerage in 2020.
Michelle is family orientated and enjoys spending most of her free time with them
camping, crafting and traveling. Her community is her second family and she can be found
happily giving her time and talents where needed.
Michelle is the current Comstock Director for the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors,
Director for the Fernley Chamber of Commerce, Promotion Chair for Fernley Main Street
America, Fernley Moose Lodge #2468 member and a member of the Fernley Builder’s
Association. Michelle fully embraces the growth our area is undergoing and looks forward
to the future. Her extensive market knowledge, experience and care for the public will
always make her clients her #1 priority.
