Nicole Nance is a third generation Northern Nevadan. Her career path has taken her from employment
as a licensed Social Worker with local government involving child welfare, incarcerated adults, and
substance abuse into the world of entrepreneurship and ultimately human resources.
As a human resource professional in the manufacturing industry, Nicole’s focus is employee engagement
and retention. She is proud to play a role in maintaining a culture rich in servant leadership driven by
safety and respect. Nicole is honored to support Fernley’s business community and its residents.
