The fernleychamber.org website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Fernley Chamber of Commerce ("Fernley Chamber"). fernleychamber.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). The Fernley Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit membership organization created by the community to assist in the advertisement, promotion and referral of business members in the community and surrounding area. The Chamber sponsors events that help bring the spotlight into the area to boost revenue opportunities for local business members. What will the Chamber do for my Business? The Chamber offers several benefits with your membership: Chamber directory listing your business •Quarterly luncheon to network with other business owners in the community • Special Events: Fernley Golf Classic, Fourth of July Parade, Ambassadors, Christmas Parade. • Bulk rate use for your mass mailing • Ribbon cutting ceremonies for new business • Evening mixers • For Business members – business card/information display • Newcomer packages for those newly moved into the area. Packages will include any marketing information you give us to use, i.e., brochures, pens, key chains, magnets, etc. • Referral of your business. We have a list (by business category) that we refer to callers/walk-ins. OUR MEMBERS ARE ALWAYS REFERRED FIRST! • Welcome new business packet • Membership plaque • The Chamber will send out emails for business/non-profit members to all the current members at MEMBER'S REQUEST for your MEMBER SPONSORED EVENT (events only no advertisements) Emails sent at Chamber's Discretion. Privacy Your use of fernleychamber.org is subject to Fernley Chamber's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. Electronic Communications Visiting fernleychamber.org or sending emails to Fernley Chamber constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Cancellation/Refund Policy The Fernley Chamber of Commerce does not issue refunds for membership services. To cancel your membership, email info@fernleychamber.org . It will take 48-72 hours to process your request to have your membership suspended and your business information removed from the directory. Arbitration In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. Class Action Waiver Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
